The survey
The survey, the design and the written quote are free and commit you to nothing.
The deposit
The £500 deposit books your fitting date and is taken off your final invoice. You can cancel within 14 days of paying for a full refund. After that, if you cancel, we keep what we have spent on scaffolding and kit ordered for you, and refund the rest.
Fitting
We fit on the agreed date, weather permitting. If wind or heavy rain stops us, we finish on the next suitable day at no extra cost.
Paying the balance
The balance is due when the system is switched on, tested and shown to you. Finance customers pay through their lender.
